Writing with Rhythm and Rest - The Fall Edition

A 90-Minute Workshop of Creative Reflection and Inner Calm

What if writing wasn’t about getting it right—but about coming back to yourself?

Join me on Tuesday, October 14th at 7 p.m. EST for Writing with Rhythm and Rest—a guided 90-minute workshop blending music, mindfulness, and writing. Together, we’ll slow down, listen inward, and uncover the words waiting beneath the surface.

What to Expect

  • Music + Sound Healing – harp, piano, and gentle instruments to quiet the mind and soften the body

  • Guided Prompts – reflections inspired by poetry, metaphor, and the season of fall

  • Writing Time – space to explore your voice freely, without pressure to share or polish

  • Optional Sharing – a safe, supportive circle where you can be heard (or simply listen)

No writing experience is needed. Just bring your pen, your presence, and your willingness to pause.

This workshop is a chance to step out of the rush and into stillness while reconnecting with your creativity.

Cost: $30 | Date: Tuesday, October 14th, 7–8:30 p.m. EST | Location: Zoom

This class is limited to 15 so we have time to pause, reset, and write with rhythm and rest.

Beth Found Healing

I’m so happy that you share your gifts of music, writing, and healing. I didn’t know how much I needed it. Hearing you play the different instruments is just a joy! I love swimming in these vibrations.
