A Story to Remember
A Writing Journey into Love, Memory, and the Stories We Carry
We all carry stories inside us—moments that shaped us, people we’ll never forget, memories that stir something deep and real. But too often, those stories stay tucked away, never fully told.
This is your invitation to change that.Â
A Story to Remember is a 7-session live writing class on Zoom (starting October 2025) designed to help you reflect, remember, and write one meaningful story from your life—step by step, week by week. It's $200 for the 7 sessions.
You don’t need to be a writer. You just need a memory that matters—and the willingness to explore it.
Together, we’ll blend meditation, music, and writing to help you reconnect with what you’ve carried all along: the love, the loss, the laughter, the legacy. Whether you want to honor someone who’s gone, capture a cherished tradition, or preserve a turning point in your life, this journey will help you bring it to the page.
By the end of the class, you’ll have something you can hold onto—a story written from the heart, polished and complete. A keepsake to pass down or simply keep close.
This is for you if...
- You’ve always wanted to write about your life but didn’t know where to begin
- You’re drawn to creativity that feels soulful, reflective, and grounded
- You’d like a safe, encouraging space to write, remember, and be guided step by step
- You get nervous about writing—but still feel the call to try
Â
By the end of this journey, you’ll have:
- A complete personal story—thoughtfully written and gently revised
- Tools to help you keep writing other meaningful moments
- A deeper connection to your own memories and the people who shaped them
- A story to remember—and to share
What to Expect
A Story to Remember is more than a writing class—it’s a soulful gathering of memory, meaning, and creative reflection.
Whether you're a seasoned writer or simply someone with a story that’s been tugging at your heart, this 90-minute session offers a gentle space to begin.
Here’s what’s included:
- A 90-minute live class - Monday nights, starting October 13th at 7 p.m.  7 sessions (on Zoom), blending writing, reflection, and creative connection
- Guided journaling and story prompts designed to help you recall and shape one meaningful memory
- Meditations and music to spark sensory detail and emotional depth (no experience needed!)
- Optional story sharing—you’re welcome to listen quietly or read your words aloud in our warm, encouraging circle
Creative encouragement and closing reflections to help you carry your story forward with clarity and heart
You don’t need to have the “right” story. You don’t need to write a masterpiece. You just need to show up with an open heart, a curious pen, and a willingness to remember.Â
Â
Not sure which path is right for you?
Â
A Story to Remember is a focused journey to help you craft one meaningful story from your life. You’ll receive structured guidance, reflection tools, and time to write both inside and outside of class. It’s soulful, but more story-shaped—designed to help you bring a memory to life and polish it into something complete.
Writing with Rhythm and Rest is a weekly creative sanctuary—a space to show up as you are and write in the moment. It’s meditative, expressive, and intuitive. Prompts emerge from music, metaphor, and mindfulness, and you don’t need to prepare or bring in previous writing. It’s about the practice of writing and self-discovery—like journaling with depth and rhythm. No pressure, just presence.
Some students choose both: A Story to Remember to dive deep into a single piece—and Writing with Rhythm and Rest to keep the creative flow going week by week.
Â
Early Bird Bonus!
A Story to Remember begins Monday, October 13th at 7 p.m. It's. $200 for the seven sessions.
If you register for A Story to Remember before September 15th, you’ll receive a special bonus: personalized written feedback on one essay (up to 1,500 words).
This means you’ll have the chance to go deeper with your writing — not just during class, but with thoughtful, encouraging notes from me afterward. Whether you want guidance on shaping your story, suggestions for clarity and flow, or simply a gentle reader to reflect back what’s working, this feedback will help you polish your piece with confidence.
Think of it as an extra layer of support — a way to carry your story even further.

Your guide to sound, story, and stillness
I could start by listing my certifications in coaching and as a writing workshop leader, or name the places my stories have been published, or tell you about my memoir that came out in 2022.
