Zen and the Pen is a free 30-minute monthly journaling experience designed for those who crave reflection—but rarely make space for it.

Each session blends guided meditation, soothing live harp music, and thoughtfully crafted journaling prompts—to help you slow down, listen inward, and leave with a bit more clarity and calm than when you arrived.
